General
All references to the 'company' will refer to Castle
Mountain and Moor Limited. All references to the customer
shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing
to purchase goods from the company. All references to
the 'site' or 'web site' shall mean the URL: www.cmmonline.co.uk
or www.cmm-online.co.uk.
Products
All products are subject to availability. In the event
of non-availability, we will notify the customer as
soon as possible, whereby possible alternatives shall
be offered, or a refund given.
Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated. Every
effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all colours,
sizes and descriptions of all products. However, due
to technical limitations, some colours may vary.
A 28 day Satisfaction Guarantee policy is operated
on all 'non-perishable' goods sold by the company (see
'Returns
Info' for details). This time period starts from
the day after the consumer receives the goods. This
guarantee refers to both faulty and unwanted items.
Following new legislation under the Consumer Protection
Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your
order within 7 working days without giving a reason.

receives the goods.
Please return any items in their original packaging
to the company in exchange for a replacement product
or a refund of the value of the item(s). Postage costs
will will only be refunded in the event of a fault on
our part (eg. supplying a faulty or incorrect item).
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Website Pictures and Descriptions
All pictures and descriptions shown are meant as a
guide only. Although every effort is made to ensure
the accuracy of all pictures and descriptions, we cannot
accept liability for any misleading photographs, descriptions
or other shown on this site.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without prior notice
and include 17.5% value added tax where applicable.
For Global orders, the customer may be liable for an
additional regional tax rate. We cannot supply VAT free
goods.
Prices online may differ from those in our store to
compensate for the postge cost incurred by purchasing
online. If you are planning on making a trip to Nottingham
to view the items in person, we suggest that you call
in advance to check the store price.
Orders
We welcome orders by any of the following methods:
- online Internet transaction with a credit / debit
card
- telephone ordering with a credit / debit card or cheque
- postal ordering with a cheque / postal order
- fax ordering with a credit / debit card
We strongly recommend that no credit / debit card details
are sent via e-mail's due to the lack of security involved
in such communication.

Delivery
Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible
to the customer in accordance with the requested delivery
service, with a maximum duration of 30 days in accordance
with the Distance Selling Regulations. We undertake
to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery
time. The charges for the delivery service can be obtained
from our Delivery Information Section. Delivery charges
are subject to change without any prior notice.
Goods can be returned for a full refund (including
delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong
item has been dispatched within 7 days after receipt
of goods. In this event, log into the 'My Account' section
and click on 'Return an Item'. Then follow the instructions
on screen.
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered but are
unwanted, then they can be returned for a refund within
7 days after the receipt of the goods. Only the cost
of the goods will be refunded. Any delivery charges
incurred are non-refundable.
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are
unwanted due to their description on the website being
incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for
a refund (including delivery charge) within 7 days after
the receipt of the goods.
Items must be unused, still have their original packaging
and labeling, and be accompanied by a copy of the receipt.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights
as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be
credited with the original purchase amount (less any
delivery charge paid where appropriate) within 5 working
days of our receipt of the returned item(s).
The company cannot be held liable for any consequential
loss caused by late delivery of failure to deliver by
the company's appointed carrier. Liability in such cases
is limited to the value of those items, which are shown
to have been received by the customer.
Guarantee
All products are guaranteed against failure to provide
reasonable wear owing to defective workmanship or materials
for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase.
In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us
in the first instance to obtain a returns number. Then
return the item with a copy of the original receipt
to the company. Please identify clearly the area or
part that has failed. All items must be returned in
a clean, dry condition, otherwise they may be returned
to you without consideration.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations
caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any
other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of
the company. If by reason of such circumstances it shall
become impossible within a reasonable time for the company
to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the
customer's liability will be limited to the value of
the items already supplied together with any associated
delivery charges.

Ownership
All items supplied to the customer remain the property
of the company until final payment of all sums owing
in respect of those goods has been received in full
