There is a much greater selection of products available
in-store than we could ever show online... and you
save the postage! However, many of our online prices
have been subsidised by at least 10% off the normal

How can I pay?
We accept payment using the following cards:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express
at this time.
You can also pay by cheque or postal order. Simply
add the items you want to your cart, then print off

Where do you deliver and what are the charges?
- UK Delivery:
We deliver to the whole of the UK
- BFPO:
We deliver to all British Forces PO's using the same
charges as standard UK delivery
- International:
We deliver to most destinations around the world.
We suggest that you contact us prior to placing your
order to check that we can deliver to your country.
- Charges:
Postage costs depend on where you want your goods shipped to. UK delivery costs £3.50. More information is...

How long do I have to wait to receive my goods?
Items are dispatched as soon as possible, within 7 days. UK delivery normally takes 2 - 5 days, but during busy periods please allow a little longer.
If items ordered are unavailable, we shall contact you as requested when placing your order.
The delivery times for International orders vary depending
on the destination. As a rule of thumb, please allow
14 to 21 working days for delivery. Items ordered that
are in stock are generally dispatched within 7 business
days of the time of order.

Can I track my order?
Yes... You can track your order by clicking on 'Order
Tracking' at the top of each page.
Please have your Order Number to hand as you will be
required to enter this to view the status of your order.
The status of any current orders will be shown, with
order tracking available for shipped items. This is
a service offered by Royal Mail, and Castle Mountain
and Moor Limited cannot be held responsible for any
inaccuracies that it may display.
If you are in any doubt as to the status of your order,
you can contact us directly by following the instructions
included in your confirmation of order email.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel or amend your order prior to checkout,
simply by removing any item from your shopping basket.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations,
you have the right to cancel your order, without giving
a reason, providing that we receive written notification
of cancellation within 7 days beginning the day after
receipt of your order.
If the items have already been dispatched, they must
be returned to us at your cost, in resalable condition,
including all original packaging, with any seals unbroken.
For your own protection, we recommend that you return
the parcel using a service that insures you for the
value of the goods.
A refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
If goods have not been returned within 30 days, we have
the right to collect the goods and deduct the cost of
collection from your refund.
